Throughout his career, Raj has held significant HR leadership roles in esteemed organizations such as Wipro, HCL, Fiserv, Escorts, Okaya, SAR Group, PARAS Group, and Best Group, where he most recently served as Group CHRO (SVP-HR).
His expertise encompasses a wide range of HR functions, including executive search, organizational design, HR process automation, performance management systems, career development programs, and scaling startup organizations. His appointment is poised to strengthen OPG Mobility’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and fostering a performance-driven culture.
