Flipkart has appointed Yogita Shanbhag as Vice President – Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues to evolve its people strategy to support business growth and technological transformation.
In her new role, Yogita will focus on building organizational resilience and fostering cultural alignment in alignment with Flipkart’s expanding technology-driven ecosystem. She will work closely with leadership teams to drive strategic HR initiatives and strengthen organizational capability.
Yogita joins Flipkart following an accomplished tenure at Juniper Networks, where she served as HR Head – India, leading people strategy, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives. During her nearly decade-long association with the organization, she played a key role in aligning HR strategy with business priorities and building a strong workplace culture.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership, Yogita brings extensive expertise in strategic HR transformation, talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement.
She has successfully led initiatives in HR digital transformation, workforce planning, succession planning, and culture development, helping organizations evolve HR into a strategic business partner.
Prior to Juniper Networks, Yogita held key HR leadership roles at Wipro Technologies, where she gained deep experience across recruitment, talent management, and organizational development.
Her appointment reflects Flipkart’s continued focus on strengthening leadership capability and building a future-ready workforce.
