In a strategic move to bolster its cybersecurity portfolio and accelerate its AI-driven identity and access management (IAM) offerings, Hexaware Technologies has completed the acquisition of CyberSolve, a specialist in identity and access management solutions.
The acquisition comes as digital identity and cybersecurity emerge as critical priorities for enterprises navigating AI-enabled transformation and hybrid technology environments.
Leadership at the Helm of the Deal
Hexaware’s strategic intent behind the acquisition was articulated by Siddharth Dhar, President & Global Head – Digital IT Operations & AI at Hexaware, who emphasized the combined value of CyberSolve’s domain expertise with Hexaware’s global platform-led delivery model
From CyberSolve, Mohit Vaish, Chief Executive Officer, highlighted that the move will help scale the company’s mission of inspiring “trust in every digital interaction” by bringing its IAM capabilities to a broader global client base.
Also commenting on the strategic fit were Atul Agrawal and Shubham Khandelia, both Managing Partners at CyberSolve. They noted the enhanced potential for innovation, broader client impact, and stronger security outcomes as part of the Hexaware ecosystem.
Deal Rationale and Strategic Impact
CyberSolve brings more than 230 IAM specialists, partnerships with over 20 IAM technology providers, and upwards of 650 enterprise implementations to Hexaware’s cybersecurity and digital transformation portfolio. Together, the integrated capabilities aim to help enterprises modernize identity foundations, automate controls with AI, and secure hybrid operations at scale.
In framing the acquisition, Hexaware reinforced that cybersecurity has shifted from a technical necessity to a business imperative, with identity management at the core of secure digital growth.
People and Capability Synergies
For HR and leadership communities, this acquisition also underscores a growing trend: cybersecurity talent and specialist leadership have become essential strategic assets, not just technical functions, in the modern enterprise. The consolidation of deep IAM expertise under Hexaware’s global structure enhances organizational capability and positions the combined teams to deliver trusted, AI-enabled security outcomes across sectors such as finance, healthcare, retail, logistics, and government.
As digital transformation accelerates worldwide, this acquisition exemplifies how technology firms are integrating leadership-driven capability building with strategic portfolio expansion—bringing together talent, specialized services, and advanced technology to meet evolving client needs.
