In a notable leadership development in the people and culture space, Kamaljeet Kaur has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at R R Kabel Limited. A seasoned HR leader with more than two decades of experience, she brings deep expertise in building high-performing organizations, leading cultural transformation, and aligning people strategy with evolving business priorities.
Kamaljeet Kaur has built a distinguished career across sectors including renewable energy, power transmission, infrastructure, and consumer businesses. Known for her strategic orientation and ability to partner closely with leadership teams, she has consistently played a pivotal role in enabling organizational agility and strengthening leadership capabilities during phases of growth and transformation.
Prior to joining R R Kabel Limited, she served as Chief People Officer at Gensol Group, where she played a key role in shaping the people strategy during a phase of rapid growth in the renewable energy and electric mobility space. Earlier, she held senior HR leadership positions at Sterlite Power, including Director and Group Chief Human Resources Officer, leading initiatives around organizational transformation, leadership capability building, and strengthening HR frameworks to support global expansion.
Her professional journey also includes leadership roles with organizations such as Jubilant FoodWorks and HDFC Bank, where she contributed significantly to talent strategy, workforce transformation, and leadership development across dynamic and large-scale business environments.
