Reeti Dubey’s Professional Journey

Reeti Dubey brings nearly two decades of diverse experience in human resources leadership to her new role at GOC. Before her appointment as head of HR, Google Operations Center, Reeti has been associated with NatWest Group, where she served as Senior Director – HR Business Partner. During her tenure, she oversaw HR initiatives for customer franchises, financial crime, and fraud prevention operations in India. Her career also includes significant roles at Tech Mahindra and Gi Group, highlighting her extensive expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational design.

Dubey holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune, and a Bachelor of Information Systems (Hons) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
