In a leadership development within the talent acquisition ecosystem, Shivani Sharma has joined Genpact as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, bringing with her over 16 years of deep, cross-industry HR and recruitment leadership experience

Prior to joining Genpact, Shivani Sharma held key talent acquisition leadership roles across reputed global organizations including IDEMIA, Ericsson, and Steria Group, where she played a pivotal role in driving global and multi-geography TA operations. She managed complex hiring programs across regions, partnered closely with business and HR leadership teams, and led recruitment for leadership, technology, and product roles. Her work in stakeholder management, process transformation, and building scalable hiring frameworks positions her strongly to support Genpact’s growth and talent ambitions.
Her career journey reflects a consistent focus on building scalable recruitment engines, strengthening governance, and improving hiring outcomes through process optimization and data-driven decision-making. Having worked across global MNC environments, Shivani has successfully led end-to-end recruitment cycles, overseen TA operations at scale, and driven initiatives that enhance both efficiency and candidate experience.
