With a rich background spanning technology, automotive, consulting, and services industries, Sudheer has consistently shaped recruitment strategies that go beyond hiring to truly building organizational capability. His journey showcases the evolution of strategic talent acquisition leadership in India, moving from tactical hiring to business-aligned talent planning.
In his previous roles, Sudheer led talent acquisition teams at Spark Minda as Head – TA, managed HR strategy and hiring for global tech centers at Stellantis, and spent over seven years at Hyundai Mobis R&D, where he drove large-scale campus hiring campaigns across India’s premier engineering institutes.
His early journey also includes strategic hiring roles at Human Capital Solutions, Prolifics, Optimus HR Consulting, and Randstad India, covering a diverse mix of IT, semiconductor, BFSI, and product engineering mandates.
At Capgemini, Sudheer is tasked with driving enterprise-wide recruitment initiatives and enhancing its strategic talent acquisition leadership in India by aligning global best practices with local market dynamics.
