We are delighted to share that Vijay Jain has started a new position as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at PTC India. Based in Pune, this marks an exciting milestone in his distinguished career in human capital strategy and workforce leadership.

With over two decades of experience in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy, and Recruitment Leadership, Vijay has carved out a strong reputation across global technology organizations. Vijay Jain has built an accomplished career in talent acquisition and workforce leadership, marked by impactful roles across global organizations. At PTC (2025 – Present), he now leads Talent Acquisition as Senior Manager, driving strategic hiring for the company’s innovation-driven businesses and ensuring alignment between top talent and PTC’s vision for digital transformation. Prior to this, at Amdocs (2018 – 2025), he spearheaded global workforce management, IT hiring, recruitment operations, and MIS, contributing significantly to large-scale digital transformation projects for industry leaders such as Amazon, AT&T, Vodafone, and Singtel. His tenure at Mastercard (2017 – 2018) saw him managing staffing across critical global business units including digital payments, enterprise security, and customer services, where his automation initiatives earned multiple accolades, including the prestigious Applause Award. Earlier, with Sungard Availability Services (2014 – 2017), he successfully led recruitment for leadership roles and large delivery units, receiving global recognition for accountability, urgency, and process innovation. These pivotal experiences collectively underscore Vijay’s reputation as a forward-looking HR leader, adept at shaping talent strategies for dynamic, technology-driven enterprises. With an MBA in HR from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, Vijay has consistently demonstrated thought leadership in recruitment delivery, data-driven staffing, and talent engagement.
