In a significant leadership development, Tata Electronics has appointed Arti Sharma as Vice President – Human Resources for its FAB Semiconductor business. The move comes at a crucial time as the company accelerates its greenfield semiconductor manufacturing ambitions in India.
Arti Sharma brings over three decades of extensive HR leadership experience, with a strong track record in driving large-scale workforce transformation, talent strategy, and organizational development across complex manufacturing and global supply chain ecosystems. In her new role, she will lead the people strategy for Tata Electronics’ semiconductor FAB project, focusing on building a future-ready workforce aligned with the company’s long-term growth vision.
