Debashish Ghosh has joined Infinx as Senior Vice President & Head of HR, India and the Philippines.
Based in Hyderabad, Ghosh brings more than two decades of experience across global organizations, with expertise spanning HR transformation, culture transformation, change leadership, talent management, employee engagement and performance management.
A career shaped by scale and transformation
With over two decades in HR, Ghosh has held senior leadership roles at Genpact and Berkadia, including 12+ years at Genpact and nearly eight years as SVP & Head of HR, India at Berkadia. He most recently led HR across India and the Philippines at Access Healthcare, bringing a strong track record in people leadership, transformation and organizational growth to his new role at Infinx. The trajectory reflects a career built around navigating complex organizations, building people capabilities and enabling business growth. Infinx is a proven leader in the US healthcare sector, helping hospitals, health systems and physician groups improve revenue performance through healthcare revenue cycle management. The company brings together AI agents, automation and RCM experts across patient access and revenue cycle workflows—combining technology with human expertise to help healthcare providers focus on their core priority: delivering exceptional patient care.
