Prior to joining Jade Global, Sanjay had a remarkable 17-year tenure at Persistent Systems, where he served in multiple leadership roles including Geo Head – Talent Acquisition for India, Canada, and the UK. His career spans diverse geographies and functions, from managing TA CoEs and vendor management to driving branding, campus hiring, and technology-based recruitment initiatives.
He has also worked with reputed global tech companies like Conexant Systems, KPIT Cummins, Texas Instruments, Intel, and Wipro Technologies, handling responsibilities across technical recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
At Jade Global, Sanjay will lead end-to-end TA strategy, employer branding, and global sourcing alignment across markets like the U.S., India, and APAC. His experience aligns perfectly with the company’s roadmap for expanding its digital solutions and delivery footprint globally.
