In his new capacity, Mr. Bist will spearhead leadership hiring, employer branding, stakeholder management, and process improvements to ensure the right talent fitment aligned with Spark Minda’s evolving business needs. Mr Bist will surely play a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s talent acquisition strategy to meet the dynamic demands of the automotive industry.
Career Highlights
With over 14 years of progressive HR experience, Mr. Bist has developed a robust blend of strategic vision, operational execution, and cross-sector expertise. At Spark Minda, he served as Senior Human Resources Manager from June 2022 to August 2025, leading HR operations for Greater Noida with a team of five and delivering impactful people strategies. Prior to that, as Human Resources Manager from July 2018 to December 2021, he contributed significantly to enhancing HR frameworks and fostering talent engagement within the organization. Before rejoining Spark Minda in a leadership role, he was associated with MOTUL as Senior Manager – Corporate HR from December 2021 to June 2022, where he drove corporate HR initiatives for the India business, overseeing recruitment, compliance, and organizational development.
