HRostrum is delighted to share that Navin Patel has taken on a new role as Director – Global Talent Acquisition Shared Services at AtkinsRéalis. This marks an exciting new chapter in his journey as a global HR leader.
At AtkinsRéalis, Navin will be leading the Global TA Shared Services team within the People Hub, driving global talent acquisition strategy and delivery across regions. His focus will be on stakeholder engagement, process excellence, compliance, and technology-led recruitment transformation, ensuring that talent operations are aligned with the organization’s innovation-driven and people-first culture.
With over 21 years of experience across industries and geographies, Navin has successfully spearheaded large-scale hiring strategies, built high-performing teams, and led recruitment transformation initiatives. His career journey includes impactful leadership roles at Affine (Global TA Head), Mindtree (Global TA Operations Head), Brillio (Head of TA, India), and Accenture (Talent Acquisition Head – BFSI Vertical). He has consistently delivered on strategic workforce goals, managed global operations, and championed employer branding and diversity initiatives.
Navin is widely recognized for his ability to foster cross-cultural collaboration, mentor teams, and design innovative TA frameworks across India, the US, APAC, EU, and the UK. Beyond corporate leadership, he actively contributes to HR forums and academia, sharing his insights with the broader HR community and inspiring the next generation of talent leaders.
As he embarks on this new journey with AtkinsRéalis, Navin brings with him a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to shaping the future of talent acquisition on a global scale.
