At Millennium, Diwakkar will be spearheading India’s talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on strategic hiring, leadership pipelines, and building a high-performing talent ecosystem. His efforts will be central to ensuring that recruitment strategies are aligned with Millennium’s vision for growth, innovation, and a people-first culture.
With over 18 years of experience across global and domestic organizations, Diwakkar has consistently driven impactful recruitment strategies and talent solutions. His career includes notable leadership roles at Citi (Vice President, Talent Acquisition), PwC SDC (Manager), Tech Mahindra, BMC Software, and Manpower, where he led corporate recruiting, RPO projects, and global talent acquisition programs.
Diwakkar is recognized for his ability to design effective talent acquisition frameworks, mentor teams, and leverage technology and AI to enhance recruitment outcomes. Beyond operational excellence, he is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for candidates and building inclusive workplaces that attract and retain top talent.
As he embarks on this new journey with Millennium, Diwakkar brings with him a wealth of expertise and a commitment to shaping the future of talent acquisition in India’s dynamic corporate landscape.
