Mumbai | August 2026: Jetking Infotrain Limited has appointed Anand Dhruv as President, People & Workforce Transformation, bringing an experienced HR and people leadership professional into a strategic role focused on people, culture, organisational excellence and workforce strategy.
With 22+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, talent development and organisational transformation, Anand Dhruv has worked across a diverse range of people and business functions, with a strong focus on building robust HR processes, developing talent and aligning people strategy with business objectives.
In his new role at Jetking, his mandate encompasses People, Culture & Organisational Transformation, Organisational Excellence across the Jetking network, and Industry Engagement & Workforce Strategy. He reports directly to the Chairman and works closely with the executive leadership team as a strategic partner in building an organisation capable of sustaining long-term growth.
A Career Built Around People and Transformation
Anand brings extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, competency mapping, succession planning, capability building, employer branding, employee value proposition and HR automation.
During his association with NTT Global Data Centers, he served as Associate Director – Learning & Development, leading Talent Development & Early Careers. One of his notable initiatives was NTT University, an early-career programme conceptualised to drive behavioural development and create future leaders with defined career progression.
His leadership experience also includes senior HR roles with NTT Data/Netmagic, Laqshya Media Group, Mukand Limited, Intelenet Global Services and Reliance Communications. At Netmagic, he spearheaded talent management initiatives, HR strategy, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion programmes.
His recent experience has further expanded into Fractional CHRO and HR consulting, where he worked with organisations on HR culture development, process streamlining and benchmarking of HR practices.
The Workforce Transformation Imperative
Anand’s appointment comes at a time when the role of HR is undergoing a fundamental transformation. As organisations navigate AI, automation, changing employee expectations, evolving skills and new workforce models, HR leaders are increasingly expected to move beyond traditional HR operations and become strategic architects of the workforce.
With his experience across people transformation, early careers, learning, capability building and HR technology, Anand brings a strong perspective to Jetking’s People & Workforce Transformation agenda at an important time for the future of work.
Anand is also associated with academia as an independent HR consultant and visiting/guest faculty at business schools, further strengthening his engagement with the evolving talent ecosystem.
