Mumbai, India: LTM has announced the appointment of Jyoti K. as its Director – Talent Acquisition, strengthening its leadership team with an accomplished talent acquisition professional who brings over 14 years of experience in technology recruitment, strategic workforce planning, and leadership hiring.
In her new role, Jyoti will lead talent acquisition strategy, partner closely with business leaders to forecast workforce requirements, drive recruitment initiatives for both large-scale and niche technology hiring, and oversee teams responsible for delivering strategic hiring outcomes.
Prior to joining LTM, Jyoti served as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at LTIMindtree, where she played a pivotal role in leading recruitment operations across business units. Before that, she held the position of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at LTI (Larsen & Toubro Infotech), building deep expertise in enterprise hiring and workforce planning.
Over the course of her career, Jyoti has successfully led recruiter teams, partnered with senior business stakeholders to align hiring with organizational growth, and designed recruitment strategies for high-volume as well as specialized technology talent. Her experience spans end-to-end talent acquisition, employer branding, stakeholder management, vendor partnerships, workforce planning, and recruitment process optimization.
Her professional journey also includes leadership roles with ALTEN India, Datamatics Global Services, Buzz Corporate Services, and Tandon Group, where she gained extensive experience in recruitment operations, talent strategy, candidate experience, and HR processes across diverse industries.
With a proven track record in scaling recruitment functions and enabling business growth through strategic talent acquisition, Jyoti’s appointment is expected to further strengthen LTM’s people strategy and talent leadership capabilities.
