Neha Sharma has stepped into the role of General Manager, Talent Acquisition at Tech Mahindra Business Services, marking another milestone in a 19+ year career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
With extensive experience across volume, lateral and leadership hiring, Sharma has built her expertise across global and Indian markets, with a particular focus on analytics, automation and transformation-led hiring.
She has spent over nine years with Tech Mahindra Business Services, progressing through increasingly senior Talent Acquisition roles, following leadership stints with Wipro and IBM Global Process Services. Her experience spans global hiring, stakeholder management, team leadership, sourcing and recruitment delivery.
