Gurugram, India: Pratyush Rahul has embarked on a new professional chapter by joining KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) India as Associate Director, marking another significant milestone in his leadership journey across human resources, campus hiring, and organizational strategy.
Before joining KPMG, Pratyush served as Head – Campus Hiring & Chief of Staff to the Global Head HR and RMG (BPS) at Tech Mahindra, where he led campus hiring initiatives and partnered closely with HR leadership to drive strategic talent and workforce programs. Prior to that, he held the role of Group Manager & Chief of Staff to the Global Head HR (BPS) within the organization.
With a career spanning over 16 years, Pratyush has built extensive experience across KPMG, Tech Mahindra, Tata Steel, MECON Limited, and Arya Coke Pvt. Ltd., progressing from engineering roles to senior HR leadership positions. His expertise includes campus planning, university recruitment, mass hiring, workforce strategy, and HR transformation.
An Executive PhD Scholar in Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Management from IIM Sirmaur, along with a PGDM from MDI Gurgaon, Pratyush combines strong academic credentials with practical leadership experience in talent strategy and people management.
As Associate Director at KPMG Delivery Network India, he is expected to leverage his rich experience in talent acquisition, campus hiring, and strategic HR initiatives to contribute to the firm’s continued growth and people excellence.
